Tessa

REGISTERED NURSE (BSN), CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH, YOGA TEACHER (200hr-RYT), MAMA, FRIEND

 

I deeply am passionate about helping women reclaim their health and wellness. After overcoming my own health challenges and working in the ER, Neuro ICU, and Employee Health, I’ve seen firsthand the toll chronic illnesses take – mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Through root-cause health coaching and the healing principles of yoga, I empower busy women and moms to break free from cycles of fatigue, stress, and imbalance—so they can feel like themselves again, and show up fully as the mom, wife, and woman they really want to be.
